Dr. Sean Kearns

Dr. Sean Kearns is a licensed chiropractor and graduate of Northeast College of Health Sciences, with a strong focus on performance, rehabilitation, and evidence based care. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Moravian College and is currently continuing his education through a Master of Science in Applied Clinical Nutrition to better integrate nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle strategies into patient care. Before becoming a chiropractor, Dr. Kearns worked as a personal trainer and tennis coach and completed internships in both physical therapy and chiropractic clinics, giving him a strong background in movement, rehab, and performance.
Dr. Kearns takes a personalized approach to care, using chiropractic adjustments, drop table techniques, Activator methods, and flexion distraction therapy to help patients feel and move better. He also incorporates soft tissue work, stretching, corrective exercises, posture education, and nutritional guidance to support recovery, and improve performance. He is certified in ConnectX Muscle Scrape Technique, Foot-Levelers postural analysis and orthotic fitting, and Basic Whole Food Nutrition.
Dr. Kearns developed his passion for chiropractic care after receiving treatment as a collegiate tennis player, where he experienced firsthand the impact chiropractic had on his performance and recovery. Outside of the office, he enjoys staying active through training, hiking, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. He is proud to be a member of the New Jersey Sports Chiropractic team and is committed to helping patients move better, recover faster, and reach their health goals!
