Dr. Frank Mandarino

Dr. Frank Mandarino attended Nassau Community College in Garden City, New York. He completed an intense three year program in the sciences. He was president of the Pre-Chiropractic Society for two years. Upon graduation he was awarded the Ira D. Rothberg Scholarship for excellence in the Pre-Chiropractic program. Additionally, he was selected to the Dean’s list. From there he attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa. He graduated in 1991 with a Bachelor’s degree in Science and a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. He was accepted to the President’s list and received Research Honors.

Since graduation Dr. Mandarino has completed three post graduate programs and received Diplomates from the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians, American Academy of Pain Management and the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress. One of the highlights of Dr. Mandarino’s career was achieving the title from the American Academy of Sports Physicians. The honor bestowed requires extensive course study and involvement in the sports arena, and as of October 2021 there are 307 active certificants worldwide.

Dr. Mandarino is certified to read MRI’s; he has specific training in nutrition, acceleration/deceleration trauma and Auricular therapy. He is a past instructor for the Graston Technique, and is certified in Active Release Techniques, Fascial Manipulation, Functional Movement Systems and Selective Functional Movement Assessment. In addition he holds certifications in all Kinesio Taping Methods.

Dr. Mandarino operates a diverse Chiropractic practice that includes consulting for professional athletes. He treats a large population of diverse athletes encompassing most sports. He has in clinic programs for athletes wishing to improve individual performance. There are programs as well for patients who have sustained automobile and work related traumas.

Since opening in 1991, he has four locations throughout New York City and New Jersey. The offices have Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, Massage Therapists and Acupuncturists. His professional affiliations are with the American Chiropractic Association, American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians, American Pain Society, American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress, American Academy of Pain Management, American Chiropractic Association Sports Council, American College of Sports Medicine, Association for New Jersey Chiropractors and New Jersey Chiropractic Counsel on Sports Injuries and Rehabilitations,

Dr. Mandarino is responsible for the health and well being of many athletes. He is an expert in the field of soft tissue and myofascial involvement. He provides unique treatment for his patients who come to him after long standing pain or loss of function in either normal daily life or physical challenges.


Dr. Michael Carducci is board certified and has been practicing since 2002. He is licensed in New Jersey and New York. He received a Bachelors of Science from the College of Charleston in South Carolina, where he was president of the Student Body. He graduated Magma Cum Laude from Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic. He is also a Certified Graston Practitioner.


Dr. Carbone Headshot

Dr. Joseph Carbone is board certified. He received his undergraduate from Adelphi University, where he studied Exercise Physiology. He graduated from New York Chiropractic College in 2017. Dr. Carbone is licensed in New York and New Jersey. He is certified in ConnectX, Whole Foods Nutrition, Sports Science and Human Performance.


Dr. Cinque is a licensed chiropractor and graduate of Life University School of Chiropractic. A prior owner of a two-office practice, she has enjoyed treating patients from infancy to 98 years of age for more than twenty years. Dr. Cinque also designed her own gentle, seated technique for semi-ambulatory, elderly patients unable to mount and arise from the adjusting table. She has provided expert witness testimony and is certified in Physiologic Therapeutics, Erhardt X-ray Seminars and New Jersey State Covid-19 Contact Tracing. Dr. Cinque is a board member of the Rutgers Board for Disability Sports, Health and Wellness. She also enjoys board membership in the concert choir with which she performs, volunteering at a local bike exchange, food pantry and with Blind Athletes, Inc. in her spare time.



Dr. Nicolas Campbell is a highly sought-after Doctor of Physical Therapy with a passion for treating patients with a wide range of needs including orthopedic conditions and sports-related injuries. Using a holistic approach consisting of advanced manual therapy, cutting edge medical techniques, and devoted one-on-one care, Dr. Campbell dedicates himself to alleviating each patient’s symptoms, helping them to achieve their goals, and celebrating each person’s success. As a firm believer in utilizing the strong connection between mind and body, Dr. Campbell meticulously designs a personalized whole body program for each person’s recovery.

Dr. Campbell received his Bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science from Rowan University in 2011. After graduation, Nicolas served as a Middle School Teacher for four years where he was able to utilize his passion for helping others to mold the minds of children and lead them on a path to success. Following his career in education, Nicolas decided to continue his education receiving his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rutgers University. Dr. Campbell utilizes his previous experience as an educator to ensure that all his patients are taught about their overall health and wellness. He also uses this experience to help patients meet their goals, ensuring lasting results and an improved quality of life beyond their course of physical therapy.

When Dr. Campbell is not caring for his patients, you will find him weightlifting at the gym and engaging in a variety of outdoor activities including hiking, snowboarding, and surfing. He also enjoys traveling to experience different cultures and spending time with his wife.



Andria Chan was trained and taught the entire program at Somerset School of Massage therapy and then Cortiva Institute.

Deanna Basuino is board certified and attended New York College for Health Professions where she graduated in 2017 as valedictorian with an AOS in Massage Therapy. She performs a multitude of massage modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue and medical massage as well as reflexology and Thai massage. She is also certified in Rock tape techniques and cupping.

“Deanna has always been interested in working with the human body and looked into massage and soon fell in love with it. She studied many modalities and was at the top of her class at the New York College for Health Professions in Manhattan and graduated in 2017. She especially enjoys working with athletes and people with spots injuries. Helping heal people has always been part of her and massage is how she does that.”



Teddy Mercer

His clients know him as Teddy. Teddy has been involved in the fitness industry for over ten years.  He worked as the fitness manager and trainer at a global gym.  Teddy has been a lifelong fitness enthusiast.  Teddy does customized Personal Training and Boxing Training.

His experience includes: 10 years experience with customized personal training, Boxing Instructor, Amateur Boxer, Kick Boxing, Black belt in Goju- Ryu Martial Arts, Green Belt in Ninjitsu (working towards black), Praying Mantis Kung Fu, College Athlete and Continued involvement in competitive athletics.

The youngest of the three partners, but what he lacks in age is made up for in his passion, drive, dedication, and hard work. Matt is currently a personal trainer with his own business MJM Fitness. Matt has worked with over 75 clients in his short tenure running MJM Fitness. While balancing clients, he is currently in school working to become a physical therapist. It was Matt of the three partners who began Athlete’s Paradise and has not looked back ever since. “I have put a lot of focus and effort into this new company and I was ecstatic when Dr. Campbell and Dr. Mandarino were as passionate about it as myself. Our goal is to help athletes enhance their on-field performance with a blend of Elite training and recovery. That is where I created the company name ‘Athlete’s Paradise” because this company is everything an athlete will need to take themselves to the next level”
